Along with Om Parvat, it holds immense spiritual significance. The mere sight of these sacred mountains is said to purify one’s soul and awaken inner consciousness.

Legend has it that Ravana meditated here and received the boon of 20 arms and 10 heads from Lord Shiva. Among eight mystical mountains bearing the “Om” symbol, only one—Om Parvat—has been discovered and is accessible. Standing tall at 6191 meters in the Dharchula district, this snow-capped marvel not only radiates divinity but also beckons adventurers.

🗓 Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 – Delhi to Bhimtal (01 Sep 2025)

Pickup from Delhi Airport/Railway Station and drive to Bhimtal (7 hours). Check-in at hotel. Evening briefing about the yatra.

Day 2 – Bhimtal to Dharchula (Approx. 200km / 7 hrs) – 1627m (02 Sep 2025)

Departure from Bhimtal at 07:00 AM to Dharchula. En route, visit Kainchi Dham (Neem Karoli Baba Ashram), Golu Devta Temple, and Jageshwar Dham.
Stay: Dharchula | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Kainchi Dham: Ashram of Neem Karoli Baba since the 1960s.
Golu Devta Temple: 12th-century shrine of the God of Justice.
Jageshwar Dham: Home to over 100 ancient Shiva temples.

Day 3 – Dharchula to Community Village Nabi/Gunji (03 Sep 2025)

After breakfast, drive to the mystical village of Nabi/Gunji. En route pass through Malpa, Budhi, Chialekh, Garbyang, and Napalchu.

Malpa: Known for the tragic landslide of 1999.
Budhi: Adventure and altitude truly begin here.
Chialekh: Army checkpoint and scenic beauty.
Garbyang: Famous for sea buckthorn vinegar.

Day 4 – Om Parvat Visit (04 Sep 2025)

Morning drive (2 hrs) to Om Parvat – a natural wonder where snow forms the “ॐ” symbol. Later, visit Kalapani (if permitted). In the evening, enjoy a cultural walk to Manakamana Temple and local programs (subject to availability).

Day 5 – Nabi to Jyolingkong – Adi Kailash (35 km) (05 Sep 2025)

Early departure for Adi Kailash. Journey through the raw beauty of Vyas Valley. Witness Pandav Fort at Kuti.
Trek: 2 km to Parvati Sarovar or hire pony. Optional extension to Gauri Kund if health permits (near 5000m altitude). Return and spend time with the RUNG community.

Day 6 – Nabi to Dharchula (85 km / 6 hrs) (06 Sep 2025)

After breakfast, return to Dharchula. Evening free for Nepal visit and local shopping.

Day 7 – Dharchula to Delhi Drop (07 Sep 2025)

Post breakfast, drive back to Delhi Airport/Railway Station with unforgettable memories.
